Cancellation Policy

Simple and transparent cancellation rules for confident booking.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
• 100% refund or free reschedule for operator weather cancellations.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If the captain says it is safe to fish and the guest chooses not to go, no refund is due by default. We may offer a goodwill rebook or credit case-by-case.
• If the charter runs but the fish do not cooperate, we review the trip outcome in good faith and may offer a partial credit or rebook option, but a no-catch day is not an automatic refund event.
